Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based experience preferred, especially with K–12 and pediatric populations
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads, including students with moderate to profound communication needs
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for students identified with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Provide direct individual and group therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based support activities
- Deliver interventions tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
