This full-time opportunity is based in a vibrant educational setting, located near Riverside, CA, and runs from ASAP through the end of the school year. You'll play a key part in helping students achieve greater independence and participation within their school environment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification and state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• School-based experience highly regarded, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Familiarity with developing and implementing therapeutic interventions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work a consistent schedule—40 hours per week, through the end of the school year

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of individualized and group occupational therapy sessions under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in assessing students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success in school-related tasks and activities
• Document student progress, monitor response to interventions, and help adjust therapy plans as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and paperwork as required by the team
