What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Opening in Jim Thorpe, PA position at ProCare Therapy?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1 years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Details:
- Full-time
- Pay range $45-$54/hour
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification with school-based experience
- PA clearances updated within the past 12 months
- Experience in training and supervising RBTs and other support staff preferred
- CPI Certified Instructor a plus
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with district staff and administrators
Key duties:
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Work with General Education and Special Education students at all three sites within the district
- Provide direct services to students, complete observations and provide emotional support throughout classrooms
- Conduct FBAs, develop behavior plans, participate in IEPs
- BCBA will collaborate with the Psychologists and teachers throughout district
