As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and reliable connection for patients, physicians, and insurance providers -- helping ensure community members receive the home medical equipment and supplies they need. Your work will make a real impact on people's health and comfort every single day.
What You'll Do
- Receive and process home medical equipment and supply orders.
- Coordinate with physicians, insurance payers, and internal departments.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
- Accurately enter data and maintain patient records.
- Provide exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
- Represent ProCare with professionalism, compassion , and a sense of urgency.

Preferred experience
- Insurance verification and prior authorizations.
- Medical billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care).
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills (required).
- Type at least 45 wpm; 10-key by touch preferred.
- Two years of DME/HME or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
