Job Title: Senior Data Scientist
Location: Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, Data Science, and Microsoft Power BI to design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, data visualization, and modern GenAI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions into production
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Develop solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK
- Drive technical solutioning, architecture, and release management activities
Required Skills
- 8 years of strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK
- Expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Knowledge of SQL and data management concepts
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Relevant certifications in Data Science, Power BI, or Python.
