Senior Application Systems Analyst & Designer

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business/user requirements
  • Create UI/UX designs, mockups, prototypes, and POCs
  • Design web application components and navigation elements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
  • Create user stories, test scenarios, and support testing activities
  • Support modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years of Application Systems Analysis & Design experience
  • 10 years designing web-based applications
  • 5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • 10 years experience with SNAP/FNS or other federal social service programs
  • 10 years experience with Social Services Case Management COTS products
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards
  • Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) experience

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerApps, or other low-code/no-code platforms
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift-Left Testing
