Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business/user requirements
- Create UI/UX designs, mockups, prototypes, and POCs
- Design web application components and navigation elements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Create user stories, test scenarios, and support testing activities
- Support modernization initiatives
- 10 years of Application Systems Analysis & Design experience
- 10 years designing web-based applications
- 5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- 10 years experience with SNAP/FNS or other federal social service programs
- 10 years experience with Social Services Case Management COTS products
- Experience with Power BI dashboards
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerApps, or other low-code/no-code platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift-Left Testing
