What you’ll own:
Build Your Pipeline
- Generate your own opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and community presence
- Take full ownership of your territory and turn it into a consistent revenue stream
- Keep your pipeline full through disciplined daily prospecting
- Leverage company leads as a supplement — not a crutch
Close Business
- Run in-home consultations and rooftop evaluations
- Lead confident, high-impact sales conversations
- Present solutions, pricing, and contracts with clarity and authority
- Overcome objections and close deals face-to-face
Drive Results
- Control your activity, pipeline, and outcomes
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Track performance and continuously improve your close rate
What You Bring
- Proven ability (or strong confidence) in self-generating business

Requirements
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing rooftops (training provided)
