Receptionist/Clerk
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is an advantage
- Ability to work with computerized systems for scheduling, record keeping, etc.
