Machine maintenance processes including: electronic, electrical, and mechanical installations, as well as repairs and preventative maintenance. Other responsibilities as follows:Maintaining plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks within a manufacturing environment.Disassembling and reassembling of manufacturing machinery.Read and interpret schematics and process control diagrams.Troubleshooting and calibrating level, pressure, temperature, and flow measuring instruments.Working with electronic controls and circuits, hard wiring relay logic systems and process instrumentation.Reading blueprints and equipment manuals.2 years of training and/or similar experienceRequired to complete the Ramsey Test MultiCrafTest Journey LevelHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredMust supply your own tools.MUST be able to provide proof of technical certifications**Shifts: **Day 7am - 7pm / Rotating ScheduleNight 7pm - 7am / Rotating Schedule**Pay Range: **$29.05 - $32.30/hr StartingAdditional Increases up to $30.55 to 36.05/hrYou should be proficient in:Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills120/208/240/480 Voltage SystemsJourneyman’s LicenseElectrical TroubleshootingPneumatics TroubleshootingMaintenance and Repair SkillsIndustrial Electrical ExperienceMachine Safety InspectionsMachines & technologies you'll use:Packaging MachinesConveyor SystemsID:qnkTyx
