- Check paper for basis weight.
- Check poly for trim and mil thickness.
- Strip paper/poly rolls. Take off only minimum amount needed. Scrap is to be placed in the appropriate bins.
- Shaft rolls – using partial rolls (butts) first.
- Perform necessary slide angle tests.
- Maintain glue and stak-tite in pans.
- Thread paper/poly through machine.
- Set-up laminator.
- Clean laminator upon completion of use.
- Set fife guides.
- Keep area clean.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Will train on shift as needed.
- Must be able to communicate and understand work instructions and training information.
- Work in other areas as instructed by the Supervisor, Lead Person or Operator.
- Perform outside duties as instructed by the Supervisor, Lead Person or Operator.
- Be able to operate tuber as needed.
- Follow all Plant and Safety Rules.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to bend, twist and kneel.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours.
- Ability to perceive colors.
