Position Summary
The Director of Information Technology provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all technology systems across the organization, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment that supports both clinical and business operations. This role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and system performance across all clinic locations. The Director ensures the seamless operation and integration of all core systems including EMR platforms, Microsoft 365, user accounts, .com and .net email domains, network infrastructure, system migrations, printers, and phone systems while aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & IT Governance
Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with operational and business objectives- . Lead technology modernization and
- system migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Oversee IT budgeting, resource allocation, and long-term technology planning to support scalability and operational excellence

Systems & Infrastructure Management
Direct the management, configuration, and maintenance of all core systems, including EMR, Microsoft 365, local networks, and cloud-based applications- . Oversee the

Cybersecurity & Compliance
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and controls to protect organizational data and patient information- . Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and internal data governance requirements

- . Serve as the key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment during technology initiatives and system transitions

Requirements:
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred- .
Experience:
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role- . Proven success managing IT operations in a healthcare or multi-site environment
- . Hands-on experience with system migrations, EMR administration, and user account management
- . Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, .com/.net email systems, phone infrastructure, and printer management
- . Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance
