This role ensures that systems, infrastructure, ERP platforms, and cybersecurity capabilities are reliable, secure, and scalable to support business operations and growth. The role owns the ERP roadmap, with Deacom ERP strongly preferred, while also leveraging transferable experience across other leading manufacturing ERP platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Leadership & OptimizationServe as primary SME for ERP environment (Deacom preferred)Lead ERP implementation, optimization, governance, and enhancementsSupport formulation, BOMs, purchasing, production, shipping, inventory, and lot traceabilityCustomize ERP forms and reports using JavaScriptSupport WMS, scanners, labeling, and inventory accuracyData Analytics & Business IntelligenceArchitect and maintain enterprise data modelsDevelop dashboards using Microsoft Power BIWrite complex SQL queries and DAX measuresImprove cost, margin, inventory, and operational visibilityInfrastructure, Security & GovernanceOversee hybrid cloud environment (Azure, Office 365)Own cybersecurity strategy, access controls, and IT governanceLead audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediationManage MSP relationship for Tier 2/3 supportDevelopment & AutomationDevelop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, and HTMLIntegrate third-party tools with internal systemsLeadership & CollaborationManage and mentor internal IT staffLead vendors and ERP partnersPartner with Finance, Operations, Production, and Quality leadersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 10 years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing, co-pack, or logistics environments. Deep ERP experience required (Deacom strongly preferred).Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
