Our client is a community based non-profit organization that serves homebound seniors and disabled persons. Established in 1976, the organization began serving senior adults in Johnson County. In 2001, Our client located in North Central Texas, answered its first call for expansion, accepting and serving seniors in Ellis County. Then, in 2020, the organization expanded again to include Navarro County.
Location: Fort Worth, TX- hybrid role
Job Description:
As the Giving & Gratitude Steward, you will build bridges between generosity and impact with our client’s company. With 70% of support coming from individuals—and an opportunity to grow corporate partnerships—you will lead fundraising and community engagement strategy. This outward-facing, relationship-driven role is critical to expanding support for the mission of helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and key leadership to shape and implement long-range development strategies.
- Prospecting activities include networking, cold/warm outreach, attending industry events, and traveling as needed to engage with both prospective and current donors.
- Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to develop cohesive messaging, donor materials, and campaign communications.
- Contribute to team projects such as facility upkeep and staff events.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $80k
- Variable Bonus = potential to earn up to $20,000 for achieving $1M in donations in securing new contributions
- Projected Year 1 Earnings: $100k
