Location: San Diego, CA- onsite role


Job Description:


The Account Representative is responsible for driving net new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within target industries. This is a full sales-cycle hunter role focused on developing new relationships, managing ongoing accounts, and ensuring successful project delivery through internal collaboration.


Responsibilities:


  • Primary focus is on net new business, prospecting new opportunities, scheduling new business discovery meetings, presenting proposals, negotiating & closing
  • Understand the dynamics of our target markets/verticals, to recommend and sell the best signage and brand implementation solutions that meet Client needs and Company profitability.
  • Manage time effectively to realize full potential.
  • Keep track of and manage sales expenses


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base Salary: $65-$90k
  • Variable Commission: 5% commission on jobs sold (uncapped)
  • Projected Year 1 Earnings: $120k - $150k
  • Full benefits package, medical premiums paid for employees
  • 401(k): company match
  • Company Profit Sharing
  • Paid Time Off
