Pro Actions Head Start Classrooms are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Classroom Substitutes at various locations throughout Steuben County. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work as part of our team on an as-needed, on-call basis. Whether you work just a few hours a week or several, you will be an integral part of our classroom team, directly interacting with children and assisting other classroom staff with implementing activities. Responsibilities
- Engage in daily direct interaction with children.
- Assist other classroom staff with implementing activities.
- Assist with childrens mealtimes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Dependability and reliability.
- Passion for working with preschool age children in a classroom setting.
Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $15.00 - $15.10 per hour.
