About the Role
As a Neighborhood Marketing Representative , you will help drive company growth by connecting directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone interested in developing real-world skills in sales, marketing, communication, and entrepreneurship. No experience is required. We hire based on attitude, work ethic, coachability, and ambition.
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners professionally in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate potential customers about our services and company
- Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates for the sales team
- Track conversations and appointment activity accurately
