Director of Builder Relations
Position Overview
The Director of Builder Relations is responsible for delivering exceptional, real-time service to Toll Brothers while ensuring all landscape installations integrate seamlessly into the construction schedule. This role acts as the primary point of contact for builder partners, ensuring responsiveness, accountability, and execution at the highest level.
When the builder calls, you respond. When challenges arise, you solve them. When opportunities present themselves, you capture them.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for Toll Brothers field teams and superintendents
- Ensure all landscape installations align with construction timelines and site readiness
- Provide immediate response and resolution to builder requests, issues, and changes
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and revenue
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain clear, direct, and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure builder partners never need to follow up for status updates or issue resolution
Operational Execution
- Execute all projects using PVL systems, including SupplyPro and Aspire
- Plan and manage work 3–4 weeks in advance to stay ahead of construction schedules
- Monitor job costs, margins, and resource allocation to ensure profitability
- Maintain disciplined adherence to internal systems and processes
- Hold crews accountable for quality, timelines, and performance
