Real Estate Analyst

A real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, financial analysis, and investor presentations. This role focuses on building clear, detailed financial models and preparing polished materials that drive investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain advanced financial models and pro formas for real estate investments

• Support underwriting, valuation, and due diligence efforts

• Create clean, professional presentations and investment memorandums for banks, lenders, and investors

• Analyze market data, deal structures, and operating assumptions

• Assist with internal reporting and portfolio performance analysis

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities

• Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually attractive presentations

• Strong attention to detail and high personal drive

• Real estate experience preferred but not required

• Candidates capable of contributing to investment decisions are welcome, though the role can also fit a less experienced analyst on a growth path

• Excellent communication skills and high energy
