A real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, financial analysis, and investor presentations. This role focuses on building clear, detailed financial models and preparing polished materials that drive investment decisions.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain advanced financial models and pro formas for real estate investments

Support underwriting, valuation, and due diligence efforts

Create clean, professional presentations and investment memorandums for banks, lenders, and investors

Analyze market data, deal structures, and operating assumptions

Assist with internal reporting and portfolio performance analysis
Requirements

Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities

Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually attractive presentations

Strong attention to detail and high personal drive

Real estate experience preferred but not required
