This individual will work closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute growth initiatives that directly impact the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and key industry partners.
• Generate new revenue through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular updates on business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business development, sales, or strategic partnership experience.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and growing revenue.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in wholesale distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, or another growth-oriented B2B industry is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lakewood, NJ.
