Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
A successful and fast-growing healthcare company is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage and develop the accounting team, build systems, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage accounting staff

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations for SNF/ALF facilities

• Build and streamline accounting systems, processes, and workflows

• Develop policies and procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts

• Support leadership and operations with process improvements

• Assist with Sage Intacct implementation and optimization

Requirements:

• Strong SNF/ALF accounting experience

• Proven people management experience, including hiring and training staff

• Solid Sage Intacct experience

• Experience developing policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environments

• Exceptional drive, ambition, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to be on-site in the Five Towns 4-5 days per week
