Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable solutions across cloud platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS architecture, combined with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll define end-to-end solution designs, ensure architectural alignment across teams, and play a key role in translating business needs into effective, sustainable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop solution designs in collaboration with business, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of key business functions (e.g., pricing, order management, invoice management).
- Create solutions that are scalable and consumable across multiple channels (Web, Mobile, Chat).
- Design architectures and solution artifacts (C4 model) that meet functional, data, integration, and user interface requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and align them with technical objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Skills
- Salesforce Service Cloud Platform expertise (approx. 30% of role focus).
- AWS Cloud knowledge — services, frameworks, and best practices for architecture and deployment.
- Proficiency with C4 modeling and solution documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application integration, including APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub), and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Sales & Distribution modules (Order Management, Pricing, Invoice Management).
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-agent systems.
- AWS Certification (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and enterprise integration patterns.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
