Must-Have Skills
- SAP FICO configuration experience (functional/config, not development).
- 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprint ? hypercare).
- Deep understanding of finance business processes.
- Strong experience with 1–2 SAP FICO submodules (GL, AR, AP, CO, PCA, CCA, COPA).
- Ability to gather business requirements, translate into configuration tasks, and own the full config cycle in SAP IMG.
- S/4HANA experience strongly preferred (team is phasing out ECC).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical details into business language.
- CLM/REFX module experience (Contract Lease Management / Real Estate Flex).
- Blackline (month-end reconciliations).
- Debugging skills (non-developer, for issue identification).
- SAP Cloud Platform knowledge & cloud-based financial tools experience (Ariba, Concur, Vertex, Fieldglass, Blackline).
- Workflow & IDoc knowledge.
- 3–5 years of SAP functional/configuration experience.
- Strong background in FI and CO modules.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA and related applications).
- Exposure to integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SD).
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Native-level fluency in English.
