Pro Service Builders is a commercial unlimited general contractor that has been serving Arkansas property owners 24/7 since 2014. We founded Pro Service Builders on a commitment of honesty, transparency, and great work for our clients. Our business is focused around restoration of properties (primarily commercial, but some residential) following events such as fire, water damage, termite damage, wind, tornadoes, ice, or other catastrophic events.
We are looking to add several professionals to our team. One of those is an on site superintendent.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on residential and commercial construction and restoration projects. This position ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients while maintaining excellent communication with Project Managers and company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Manage all day-to-day field activities from project start through completion.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and identify delays before they impact production.
- Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Conduct daily jobsite inspections.
- Ensure quality workmanship meets PSB standards.
- Maintain organized and professional jobsites.
Project Management Support
- Work closely with Project Managers to execute project schedules.
- Assist with scheduling inspections and subcontractors.
- Verify material deliveries and inventory.
- Review completed work for accuracy before submitting for billing.
- Document project progress with daily reports and photographs.
- Communicate schedule changes and field issues promptly.
Customer Relations
- Serve as the primary field contact for customers.
- Maintain professional communication with property owners, facility managers, and occupants.
- Resolve field concerns professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout each phase of the project.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections.
- Hold toolbox safety meetings.
- Ensure employees use proper PPE.
- Report accidents, injuries, and near misses immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Team Leadership
- Supervise field employees and subcontractors.
- Train and mentor carpenters and laborers.
- Assign daily work activities.
- Monitor employee productivity.
- Promote teamwork and accountability.
- Participate in employee performance evaluations.
Documentation
- Complete daily job reports.
- Track labor hours and equipment usage.
- Document change orders and unforeseen conditions.
- Maintain project documentation and photographs.
- Verify project completion checklists.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Five or more years of commercial or residential construction experience.
- Minimum three years supervising construction crews preferred.
- Restoration, remodeling, and/or renovation experience is a plus.
Licenses
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
