What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector: Tulsa, Oklahoma (1099 Contractor) position at Pro QC International?
- THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME ROLE || THIS IS A 1099 CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY FOR TULSA, OKLAHOMA*
- Conduct on-call inspections of Gas Compressors at the designated site.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Document and report inspection findings in a detailed manner.
- Participate in the Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) scheduled for February 24, 2025.
- Provide valid documentation of educational and technical certifications.
- Additional Requirements
- Must be locally based in Oklahoma (or nearby regions) to minimize travel expenses.
- Should be available for 40 days of inspections over a period of 5 to 6 months.
- Must submit a detailed CV (8 to 10 pages in Word format) along with valid copies of certifications.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Pressure Vessel inspections with strong familiarity in Gas Compressor inspections.
- Strong background in pressure vessel inspections, specifically for filter vessels.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or technical field.
- Expertise in Gas Compressor inspections.
- Extensive experience in inspecting Gas Compressors and Pressure Vessels and welding inspections. Regulatory compliance checks in accordance industry code standards
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Certification: (ASNT Level II)
- Welding Inspection Certification (CWI)
- Coating Inspection Certification: AMPP (NACE),
- Preferred: API 510
- Contract Type: 1099 contract (Part Time)
- CURRENT OPPORTUNITY is Initial inspection Meeting. On-call visits totaling 40 days over a period of 5 to 6 months.
