What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality inspector @ Salt Lake City, Utah (1099 Contractor) position at Pro QC International?
Job Responsibilities:
Project Duration: NOTE: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies. However, right now the Project needs - short term (specifications not shared by client)
Shift Hours: Full-day availability required (approx. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, local time)
NOTE: in a 1099 Contract, Project duration varies.
Ability to commute to Salt Lake City, UT. (and other UT areas after current Project completion in future)
- Conduct 100% inventory inspections at each location.
- Verify quantities against provided inventory sheets, document damages or missing items, and report discrepancies.
- Inspectors must provide a daily progress update and flag any need for additional inspection days.
- 1- 2 years as a basic inspector and/or conducting warehouse or inventory inspections.
- Familiarity with inventory verification procedures, use of Excel or inventory tracking software, and basic reporting standards.
- Forklift safety awareness or OSHA-10 is a plus, NOT mandatory
- Experience in conducting basic inspection, logistics, warehousing, food packaging or co-packing environments preferred.
