What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at PRO Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
$70,000–$90,000 per year | Full-Time | Half-Day Fridays
You’re Not Just Another Number Here.
At PRO Physical Therapy, we believe great physical therapy starts with great patient care—and great patient care starts with therapists who have the time, support, and freedom to truly connect with their patients.
If you’re a Physical Therapist who wants to know your patients, make a meaningful difference in their lives, grow your clinical skills, and be part of a team that genuinely supports one another, we’d love to meet you.
Patient-Centered Care
Our patients aren’t just appointments on a schedule. We want therapists who take the time to listen, understand the why behind a patient’s condition, and create an individualized plan that helps them reach their goals.
You’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical judgment, think critically, and treat the whole person—not simply follow a protocol.
Keep Learning. Keep Growing.
We believe great therapists never stop learning.
We value continuing education, clinical growth, and professional development, and we want you to build the skills and specialties that help you become the therapist you want to be.
Be Part of a Team
You’ll work alongside people who care about doing excellent work—not competing for numbers.
Our team values collaboration, communication, mentorship, positivity, and supporting one another. We want you to enjoy coming to work and know that the people around you have your back.
Be the Therapist You Want to Be
At PRO Physical Therapy, your clinical judgment matters.
We want you to have the freedom to develop your skills, challenge yourself professionally, build meaningful relationships with your patients, and provide the kind of care you can truly feel proud of.
