Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT: One on One Physical Therapy Care. NO Double Booking! The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical impairments, disabilities, and functional limitations. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that promote optimal recovery and enhance the quality of life.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations to establish appropriate treatment goals.
- Develop and implement personalized physical therapy care plans based on patient evaluations.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to facilitate recovery.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in EMR systems while providing excellent one on one physical therapy care.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to ongoing professional development.
- Treatment would consist of one on one care with patients coming every 45 minutes to an hour.
Requirements
- Valid SC Physical Therapy License
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy while providing high-quality patient care.
Pay: $73,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
