Health Insurance Specialist/ Client Care Specialist
This position involves serving as a key member of our company's administrative support team. The position involves verifying inurance eligibility and benefits status, securing authorization as required, and documenting key information in the electronic medical record software. Ongoing case management is a critical function in getting clients the care they need. The Medical Insurance Specialist serves as a key liaison between our outsourced billing department, the administrative team, and clinical staff. This Position will cross-train with other front office team-members to assist in other important front office functions including assisting in scheduling and customer service functions.
