What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Pro Outfitters?
Established fly fishing outfitter on the Smith River in Montana is seeking a reliable trip coordinator. Pro Outfitters Montana is seeking coordinators for our Smith River expeditions. This is an exciting and rewarding seasonal position that will require independently motivated individuals who can think on their toes.
The season starts mid-May and runs through early July.
There are limited additional hours available through the month of April while preparing for our Smith River Season.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute packing and shopping for our Smith River trips, ensuring everything is included that is needed for the 5 day excursions. (Lists and menus provided)
- Provide timely shopping and prep prior to pack day.
- Unloading, cleaning and unpacking on day 5 in anticipation of the next launch day.
- Manage schedules and logistics, ensuring timely departures and arrivals.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management abilities
- Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of river trip logistics
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 per hour
