Experienced CNC Machinist – 3, 4 & 5-Axis Mills and Lathes

Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced CNC machinist who can set up, validate, and operate programs across Haas 3-axis, 4-axis, and robot-loaded 5-axis mills and lathes. You’ll ensure top-quality parts through careful setups, first-article inspections, and continuous improvement of processes.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC mills and lathes (3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.
Perform tool setup, offsets, and minor program edits
Maintain part quality and consistency to tight tolerances
Collaborate with the team to improve setups, tooling, and efficiency
Support additional manufacturing projects as needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
5 years of CNC machining experience
Ability to read and edit g-code
Skilled in multi-axis setups and production runs
Experience with SolidWorks and/or FeatureCam is a plus
Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controls preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven to meet quality and productivity goals
Passion for precision manufacturing and continuous improvement
Problem solver
Ability to maintain machines and equipment
Leadership skill and ability, willingness to share your knowledge and experience with the team
