Now Hiring: Access Control & Gate Technicians, $32–$40 /hr
Pro Max Fence Systems is growing its Access Control division across multiple locations, and we’re adding experienced technicians to the team. This role covers installing, programming, and servicing automated gate systems, access control, and cameras for commercial and residential customers. Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and maintain gate operators, access control systems, and camera systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and low voltage problems in the field
- Complete service calls, preventive maintenance, and new installations
- Read wiring diagrams and site plans
- Work directly with customers to explain system operation and answer questions
- Keep accurate job documentation and service records
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in low voltage, access control, or gate automation
- Strong working knowledge of gate operators such as LiftMaster, DoorKing, FAAC, HySecurity, or similar
- Experience installing and servicing camera systems
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable work history
- Welding experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- $32–$40 /hr, depending on experience
