Our Outdoor Maintenance Technicians love our Pay-for-Performance pay plans and take great pride in their work, ensuring high-quality results while fostering a professional and supportive environment for crew members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping duties on commercial properties
- Partner with professional lawn care crew to efficiently and safely meet weekly account maintenance goals, including mowing, trimming, and detailing
- Utilize equipment, machinery, and tools to complete assigned jobs as directed by the Crew Lead
- Assist with commercial landscaping installation as needed
- Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance
- May be asked to assist the spraying/fertilizing crews
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 70 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation
- Valid Driver's License
