Position Description
We are seeking 2-3 dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team, on week nights in the Lakewood area. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for our clients. The perfect candidates are a team or couple willing to work together.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and detail cleaning of floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas

Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums.

Remove trash, recycling, and debris from designated areas
-
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
-
Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Lock/unlock designated areas and secure facilities as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

Willingness to undergo background check as required
