Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Collector located in Redmond, WA. The Collector will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate records of transactions, reviewing customer accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements as needed. Other key tasks include providing excellent customer service, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing accounts receivable and collection processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to use accounting software and tools effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in collections or related financial roles is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
