Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Verification Specialist at Pro Integrate, located in Las Vegas, NV. The Verification Specialist will perform tasks that include verifying customer information, conducting insurance verifications, managing formal verification processes, and supporting client compliance. The role requires consistently interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation of verification processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and verify customer data and insurance information
• Experience in Insurance Verification and Formal Verification processes
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Customer Service expertise to address inquiries and provide efficient solutions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and verification tasks
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
• Prior experience in insurance or related fields is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a relevant field is a plus
