Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, and merchandising
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
• Create schedules, manage inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling
• Maintain visual standards and brand presentation with attention to detail
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for success
• Foster a fun, sports-focused store culture that keeps fans coming back

What You Bring:

• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Passion for sports and an eye for great merchandise
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High energy and a desire to motivate your team
• Availability to work mall retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment

• Interacting regularly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Working in a retail sales floor, stockroom, and/or front counter area.
• Working under varying conditions including busy peak hours, weekends, holidays, and promotional events.
• Working with store approved music on and some occasional loud noises.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company policies and health/safety regulations.
• Using point-of-sale (POS) systems and related technology efficiently and accurately.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires frequent movement throughout the store involving standing, walking, bending or lifting for extended periods.
• Must be able to frequently climb ladders/step stools and reach overhead.
• Must be able to count cash properly and accurately including coins and bills.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for data entry, and POS use.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, carry merchandise, supplies and fixtures without assistance.
• Must be able to assist with materials or supplies as needed.
• Must be able to handle, stock and organize merchandise both on the sales floor and back stock/storage areas.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus when reading digital or printed material.
