Overview
At Pro Growers Inc., our Customer Service and Nursery Assistant plays a key role in
assisting customers with plant sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall
appearance and functionality of our wholesale nursery. This opportunity welcomes the

Responsibilities
- Utilize excellent communication skills to assist customers, oral and written
- Greet and assist customers based on their needs
- Place orders, schedule deliveries, order materials, and provide quotes
- Create simple social media content to highlight plants, seasonal arrivals, etc.
- Assist in nursery support such as: restock plants/material, pulling and loading plant material for customers, organizing and cleaning of office and nursery space, and any other tasks to support the Nursery team
Requirements
- Have a valid CA Driver’s License
- Experience in Customer Service (Minimum 1-2 year)
- Experience working for a Nursery or Garden Center (Preferred)
- Must be bilingual: Spanish and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other web-based programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and carry 15-20 lbs repeatedly
