Customer Service Assistant
- Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain necessary records.
- Following up with clients on required actions such as fee approvals and authorizations.
- Managing incoming invoices and correspondence, as well as handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts.
- Make expediting calls for urgent requests, client follow-ups, and problem records Monitor and respond to CSR emails and voicemails
- Have a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for customer service; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
- Are adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
