ProExpoLV is a Las Vegas–based event management company specializing in community expos that connect local businesses with active adults and seniors. Our LivingWell Senior Expo series is one of the fastest-growing lifestyle events in the region, hosted at casinos, community centers, and city-partnered venues across Southern Nevada.
We’re expanding our sales team to meet growing demand as we add more events and sponsorship opportunities across multiple markets.
Position Overview
We’re looking for energetic, relationship-oriented Sales Representatives to help local businesses and organizations become exhibitors, sponsors, and marketing partners at our upcoming expos.
You’ll build lasting partnerships, close deals, and play a key role in helping vendors showcase their products and services to thousands of attendees throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with local businesses, service providers, and community organizations to present vendor and sponsorship opportunities.
Manage leads through our structured CRM and follow our “Trust-Based Sales Model.”
Schedule and host discovery calls or meetings with potential vendors.
Sell exhibitor booths, sponsorship packages, magazine ads, and promotional upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with marketing and event operations teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding.
Represent ProExpoLV professionally at expos, mixers, and community events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or event sponsorships preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Motivated by commission and results; goal-oriented mindset.
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Comfortable with phone and email outreach; experience using CRMs (Pipedrive or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation & Growth
