Admissions Advisor - Advanced Career Institute - North Las Vegas, NV
Advanced Career Institute in in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced sales professional for a role as a Student Admissions Advisor. If you have 3 years of recent sales experience, you can help the next generation of truck drivers begin their careers now! Prior sales experience in auto sales, real estate, advertising sales, student recruitment, admissions, insurance, and customer service is a plus!
The Admissions Advisor is the heartbeat of the school, driving success through enrollments and graduates. Desired candidates will possess an energetic personality, a professional attitude, creative thinking skills, and be a team player.
Our admissions environment is fast-paced, and you will be giving Campus tours and helping candidates determine which training program is best for them. We have a strong flow of interested candidates, live incoming phone calls and referrals.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in Sales or Admissions experience.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree (B.A. or A. A.) from four-year or two-year or four-year college or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer software, including Word, Excel and Outlook and other 3rd party software programs as related to this department according to Advanced Career Institute.
