Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Welder position based in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves performing various welding techniques, including MIG, and TIG to assemble and fabricate high-quality metal components. The Welder will interpret blueprints, prepare materials, and use a variety of tools and equipment to meet production and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and collaboration with team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in TIG Welding and MIG Welding techniques
- Strong understanding of Welding and experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Can read a tape measure to a 16th
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications in welding or metal fabrication are a plus
