Seeking full-time landscape/maintenance sales professional to grow an established 45-year landscaping company. Position involves sales in both commercial and residential fields.

Responsibilities:
· Must be willing to travel around the DFW area to potential/existing job sites in a company provided vehicle
· Cold calling to develop new sales and establish new contracts
· Conduct landscaping and irrigation inspections, taking pictures, and communicating with property owners.
· Create sales/contracts on both new and existing work sites
· Build relationships with property owners, create sales/contracts on both new and existing work sites and communicate with clients to establish confidence in proposed work.
· Solicit new business by asking for referrals or with neighbors to the project.
· Develop relationships with builders and property managers.
· Placing all lead and customer meetings, phone calls , and notes into company CRM and designated software systems.
Requirements:
· Valid drives license to travel around the DFW area to new and existing job sites.
· Goal oriented, can work well independently without supervision.
· Basic Spanish speaking is a plus for this job.
· Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm
