Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting
- Lead a team of crew 2-4 by assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Oversee landscape Maintenance Jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure tools are used safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping goals and provide expert recommendations for plant selection, design enhancements, and ongoing care
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress to ensure accountability and quality control
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care or horticulture
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor environments or construction sites
- Knowledge of general landscape construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining safety standards
- Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance; ability to troubleshoot common issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Must have a Valid Texas Drivers License with Clean Driving Record
- Speak Spanish AND English
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
