Overview
We are seeking a responsible laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have be familiar with operating hand and power tools and have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of home construction. This role requires physical stamina, we regularly carry 80 pound bags of concrete, and steel beams up to 97 pounds. Being on time, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction sites is a must. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Carry materials into and out of basements and crawlspaces
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions.
- Perform tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and concrete forming.
- Support heavy equipment operation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
