General Labor - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Oberlin, Ohio. This full-time position involves a range of tasks that support the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to perform physical labor, follow instructions, and work well with others.

Location: Oberlin, OH

Schedule: M-F, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembling products or components as required by the production schedule.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Safely operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools.
• Inspect products for defects or issues and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment, as well as receiving incoming materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
