Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new commercial paving opportunities.
- Estimation & Bidding: Conduct site visits to measure and evaluate project needs; provide accurate cost estimates for asphalt, concrete, and sealcoating jobs.
- Project Oversight: Transition won contracts to the production team, ensuring material orders and schedules align with the client’s expectations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company, providing regular updates to clients from the initial handshake to the final walkthrough.
- Sales Experience (Required): A proven track record in sales is a must for this role.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in construction, paving, or landscaping sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for negotiating contracts and managing client expectations.
