Job Summary

Pro 2 Pave, Inc. is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Class A CDL Operator to join our team in Pewaukee. You will be responsible for transporting heavy paving equipment, materials, and supplies to and from various job sites. If you are a skilled driver who enjoys working as part of a hardworking construction crew, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Transport: Safely operate commercial vehicles to haul heavy equipment like pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
• Material Delivery: Transport materials such as asphalt, aggregate, and base to job sites.
• Load Securement: Properly secure all loads using chains, binders, and straps in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Inspections: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
• Crew Support: Assist the paving crew with labor or site tasks when deliveries are complete.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Experience hauling heavy construction equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to work long hours during the busy season.
• Strong communication skills and a "Safety First" attitude.
