About the Role
This is not an order-taker role. This is a high-performance, sales-driven recruitment position for someone motivated by results, resilience, and rewards.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily (50 )
- Recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, Allied, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → qualifying → closing → offer negotiation
- Handle multiple offers, fall-offs, and shifting priorities
- Close passive candidates and overcome objections
- Crush KPIs and earn uncapped commissions
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Required Skills
- 1 year of experience in agency staffing, recruiting, or sales (preferred)
- Experience with metrics-driven performance and high-volume outreach
- Competitive, money-motivated mindset
- Strong communication skills and thick skin
- Comfortable working in multiple systems daily
- Self-starter who takes ownership without needing micromanagement
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency staffing, recruiting, or sales
