Technician Manager – Prizm Pest Control (North Carolina)
Full-Time | $23–$35 per hour | Profit Sharing Future Equity Potential
Prizm Pest Control is expanding and looking for an experienced Technician Manager to lead our team of Registered Technicians across North Carolina. We’re seeking a strong operator, trainer, and compliance-focused professional who wants to grow with a fast-rising company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Registered Technicians.
- Provide ongoing training, field coaching, and quality oversight.
- Conduct ride-alongs, continuing education sessions, and skills development.
- Ensure full compliance with NCDA&CS Structural Pest Control laws, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain high service quality through audits, inspections, and performance review.
- Support general pest control service routes as needed.
- Manage technician scheduling, route oversight, and daily workflow.
- Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and technician licensing progression.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Technician license for the State of NC or verifiable equivalent from another state.
- Certified Applicator license in General Pest and Wood Destroying Insects and/or Fumigation.
Preferred:
- Current NC Pest Control Licensee (Phase P/W/F).
- OR willingness to study and sit for the Licensee exam with full Prizm support.
Additional Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable.
- Solid understanding of pest control laws, codes, and best practices.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
